Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Product Management: Manage online product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels across platforms.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behaviors, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
Order Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies.
Qualifications-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in e-commerce sales or digital marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in interpreting sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. (Hindi Must)
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Note- This is a 6 day working role (Monday to Saturday)
Timings- 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
