1. Manage order processing, inventory sync, and dispatch across all q-commerce platforms.
2. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Monitor listings, pricing, and promotions on marketplaces like swiggy, bigbasket, blinkit, amazon, flipkart, zepto etc.
4. Analyze sales data and platform metrics to optimize performance.
5. Liaise with account managers from marketplaces for day-to-day operations.6. Ensure compliance with platform policies and operational SLAs.
7. Candidate should be proficient in Hindi, English & Tamil.
8. Candidate should have handled multiple SKU's across multiple online platforms.
9. Should be proficient in Excel.
