Role & responsibilities:

• Create and manage product pages with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and images.
• Maintain and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Regularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and multimedia content.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization of catalog data across all platforms.
• Analyze catalog performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize listings to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, inventory, design, and development teams to support smooth product launches and catalog updates.

  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling product data.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing data and basic formulas.
  • Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and catalog management systems quickly.
  • Interest in e-commerce operations and how online marketplaces function.
  • Familiarity with online shopping interfaces and product detail layouts (as a user).
  • Basic understanding of product content elements such as titles, images, pricing, and specifications.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams.
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver work on time.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Exposure/Experience in platforms like Amazon, Flipkart or other E commerce Platforms (even through academic projects or internships)
