Design, automate, and manage reports using advanced Excel functions and Macros to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Track service performance metrics such as pending cases, aging reports, SLA adherence, and escalation trends.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data shared with management, service teams, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with Customer Support, Service Centers, and Field Teams to collect and validate data.
Maintain service databases and dashboards for real-time monitoring and analysis.
Identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas in service operations through data analysis.
Support audits, internal reviews, and management presentations with accurate MIS data.
Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to internal reporting standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Excel Macros (VBA).
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle large datasets and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Basic knowledge of CRM or service management systems is an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Prior experience in MIS or reporting roles, preferably in service or support environments.
