Roles & Responsibilities:

• Unpack electronic devices received for service
• Dismantle devices carefully for inspection and repair
• Identify faults and perform basic troubleshooting
• Repair or replace faulty components as required
• Reassemble devices after repair
• Perform basic testing to ensure proper functionality
• Pack serviced devices safely for dispatch
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computers and electronic components.
• Understanding of electronic repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle tools and equipment used for servicing.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Minimum qualification: +2 / ITI / Diploma / Bachelors Degree.
• Preferred fields: ECE, EEE, Computer Applications, or related streams.
