Job Description:

• Manage after-sales service operations for IT / Consumer Electronics products at the branch level.
• Coordinate with authorized service centers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate service center performance, including Turnaround Time (TAT) and pending cases.
• Track and improve customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
• Lead, guide, and manage the branch service team.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure adherence to company service policies, warranty guidelines, and SOPs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in after-sales service operations in the IT or Consumer Electronics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Experience in managing service centers and field/service teams.
• Good understanding of TAT management, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ability to handle customer escalations and work under pressure.
• Result-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
