Job Type : Full time (10am-7pm)
Working : 6 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with service centers, and internal departments to manage service requests.
- Track and monitor service calls, repairs, and replacements to ensure timely closure.
- Handle queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Support in warranty/AMC claims and approvals.
- Ensure spare parts availability and coordinate with logistics for dispatches
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred).
