Job description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees.

2. HR Operations

Maintain employee records, HRMS updates
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.

3. Employee Engagement

Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Address employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams.
