Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Chennai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The role will involve day-to-day HR management tasks to support the company's workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels, including naukri, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct structured interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage applicants on the career portal and maintain detailed recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor the interns and support process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Skills:

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures in recruitment
  • Experience in managing employee benefits and benefits administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
