Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Chennai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The role will involve day-to-day HR management tasks to support the company's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels, including naukri, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct structured interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage applicants on the career portal and maintain detailed recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Mentor the interns and support process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Skills:
