Job Summary:
We are looking for HR Executive who will support day-to-day human resources operations at the plant level. This includes employee administration, recruitment coordination, compliance support, time office activities, and assisting in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of plant staff and workers.
Maintain employee records, files, and HR database.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and manage time office activities.
Support payroll processing with accurate attendance and overtime data.
Help ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
Coordinate employee training and maintain related records.
Organize engagement activities and employee welfare programs.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and support shop floor operations.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with labour laws and compliance basics
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interact with shop-floor and contractual workforce
Female candidates will be preferred.
Work Environment:
Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications and documentation.
