Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (dealers, businesses, small retailers) to introduce CCTV products and generate interest.
Explain product features, pricing, and basic benefits over the phone.
Capture customer information and update leads in the CRM or internal database.
Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into active prospects.
Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule meetings and pass on qualified leads.
Maintain call logs, daily activity reports, and feedback from prospects.
Provide polite and professional customer interaction at all times.
Requirements:
Female candidate is preferred
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred).
Willing to learn and grow in a sales career.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and team player.
