· Identify and onboard new channel partners including dealers, distributors, and system integrators.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent sales growth.
· Promote and demonstrate CCTV products, pricing structures, and promotional schemes.
· Regularly visit the field to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close channel sales deals.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable CCTV solutions.
· Track competitor activities and report market intelligence to the sales team.
· Coordinate with the internal logistics and support teams to ensure timely product delivery.
· Prepare daily sales reports, visit logs, and performance updates
· MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred ( channel sales experience will be considered as added advantage)
· Strong interest in sales, and business development
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Willing to travel within the assigned territory
· A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for this role, as regular field visits and partner interactions are required.
