Detailed Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire corporate clients and institutional buyers across sectors (Government Clients and Institution)
- Promote and sell the company’s range of electronic products tailored to client requirements
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical walkthroughs when required
- Prepare customized quotations, proposals, and business pitches for tenders and bulk deals
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure post-sale support and retention
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align strategies and ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor competitor activity, product trends, and pricing benchmarks to provide market intelligence
- Maintain sales records, client information, and pipeline updates in CRM tools and prepare weekly reports
- Participate in exhibitions, corporate events, and B2B forums to generate leads and brand visibility
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation of orders, contracts, and payments
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in electronics, IT hardware, or FMCG
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of product positioning, market segmentation, and bulk procurement processes
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of tenders, STQC compliance, or GEM Portal bidding (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site client meetings/travel within Tamil Nadu as required
