Overview

We are looking for someone to Drive channel sales and business growth for Zebronics CCTV and Video Door Phone products by developing distributor networks, generating leads, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Detailed Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business for Zebronics CCTV and Video Door Phone products in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, retailers, and system integrators.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Promote and demonstrate product features, benefits, and solutions to customers and channel partners.
  • Conduct product awareness programs, roadshows, and sales promotion activities.
  • Build relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, housing societies, facility management companies, and commercial establishments.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Submit daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and lead status updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales applications.  

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
  • Experience in channel sales and field sales preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
