Key Responsibilities
o   Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers for CCTV
and security products.
o   Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international
vendors (especially from China, Taiwan, etc.).
o   Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines,
and cost competitiveness.
o   Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs for CCTV products and accessories.
o   Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
o   Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and compliance
standards.
o   Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team for timely
delivery and inventory control.
o   Keep updated on market trends, new technologies, and product
launches in the CCTV industry.
o   Support product team in benchmarking competitor pricing and
specifications.
o   Analyze purchase costs and implement cost-saving strategies without
compromising on quality.
o   Work with QA team to ensure product compliance with Zebronics
quality standards.
o   Maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier databases.
o   Prepare periodic procurement reports and spend analysis.

Skills Required:
o  Graduate in Electronics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. (MBA
preferred) with 4–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in CCTV / security systems /
electronics sector.
o   Strong negotiation and good communication skills in Hindi and English.
o   Knowledge of CCTV technology (IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, PoE
o   Understanding of import/export processes and customs
documentation.
o   Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
