Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, or connectivity issues.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, or chat in Hindi and English.
• Guide users step-by-step to resolve common issues.
• Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or engineering teams.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Learn and stay updated on product features and support tools.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Recently completed a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and common software applications.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle customers patiently and professionally.
