Detailed Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Install, configure, and support Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Identify root causes and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues when required.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and products.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Electronics, Audio, Computer Hardware, and IT products.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Knowledge of Smart Devices and IoT products.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
