Role & responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and manage transportation and logistics contracts.
Handle large-value transportation budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives.
Manage commercial discussions with transporters, logistics partners, and vendors.
Lead contract renegotiations to improve commercial terms and operational efficiency.
Evaluate pricing models, freight rates, and transportation cost structures.
Manage multiple commercial agreements and vendor relationships across regions.
Monitor contract compliance, service levels, and commercial performance.
Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 12 years of experience in Commercial Management,Logistics or Transportation,
Strong experience in transportation commercials and contract management.
Experience handling large budgets and high-value commercial engagements.
Proven negotiation and renegotiation skills.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Good understanding of logistics operations, transportation costing, and freight management.
Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with mandatory proficiency in Hindi and English
