Experienced in installation, troubleshooting, customer support, system integration with HRMS/ERP, and delivering product demos and training.

Detailed Description

Role & responsibilities
 
  • Provide technical support for biometric devices (Fingerprint, Face Recognition, RFID-based systems).
  • Configure and troubleshoot biometric attendance and access control systems.
  • Install and support standalone and network-based biometric devices.
  • Assist customers with device enrollment, user management, and report generation.
  • Provide remote support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote desktop tools. (Trainings and demo on site)
  • Coordinate with the software team for integration with HRMS/ERP/payroll systems.
  • Handle firmware upgrades and system updates.
  • Manage RMA and warranty support cases.
  • Maintain complaint records and service reports.
  • Support field engineers during installation.
  • Demonstrate and present hardware products to partners, distributors, and during roadshows (including testing).
  • Conduct software demos, explaining features and additional functions from a sales and marketing perspective .
  • Provide technical support to clients, partners, and dealers over calls as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials for both in-house teams and external events.

Preferred candidate profile
 
  • Fingerprint & Face Recognition Technology
  • Access Control Systems
  • Time Attendance Software
  • TCP/IP Networking & IP configuration
  • Device-to-server integration
  • Experience with biometric brands like ZKTeco, eSSL, Matrix Comsec, Realtime or Hikvision access control systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based attendance systems.
  • Field installation experience.
