Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Incharge (Hindi-speaking) to manage day-to-day warehouse store operations. The ideal candidate should have up to 3 years of experience in store or warehouse management, strong inventory management skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams. The candidate will ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Data Entry & Accuracy, MS-Office - especially MS-Excel, Record Keeping & Document Management, Coordination with various branch and department, Reporting & Analysis Inventory Management.

Detailed Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse.
Handle stock inward and outward transactions and update records accordingly.
Distribute stock to company branches as per requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all stock movements.
Coordinate with branches through calls and emails regarding stock requirements and dispatch.
Ensure proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse.
Assist in stock verification and inventory audits when required.
Support overall warehouse operations and administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

Hindi communication is mandatory (reading, writing, speaking).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of inventory / warehouse operations.
Ability to manage records and multitask.
