Job Title: CCTV Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage to detect and prevent unauthorized activities, theft, or safety violations

• Ensure all surveillance cameras are functioning properly and report technical issues immediately

• Maintain records of daily surveillance activities, incidents, and observations

• Review recorded footage when required for investigations or audits

• Coordinate with security personnel and management during incidents or emergencies

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company security policies

• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and security information

• Assist in access control and visitor monitoring when required

Skills

• CCTV monitoring and surveillance operations

• Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems and camera configurations

• Incident identification and reporting

• Attention to detail and situational awareness

• Basic computer operation and documentation

• Time management and multitasking

• Communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and remain alert

Required Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role
