Overview

We are looking for someone who has experience in day to day IT support and possess relevant knowledge and skills in problem solving and troubleshooting.

Detailed Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
  • Handle network-related issues.
  • Assist with IT asset management and inventory updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related issues.
  • Ensure timely software updates, patches, and system backups.
  • Support employees in using IT tools and applications effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting); basic knowledge of Linux/macOS is an advantage
  • Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT assets
  • Working knowledge of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
  • Experience in user account management, email configuration, and access permissions (Active Directory / Office 365 / Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking
  • Experience coordinating with IT vendors and service providers
  • Basic understanding of data backup, system security, antivirus, and patch management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide end-user support patiently and professionally
