Overview
The Management Trainee role is designed to provide hands-on exposure within the relevant departments and business functions at Zebronics. The selected candidates will go through a structured training program in any of the following departments: Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Accounts, Supply Chain, and E-commerce. The aim is to groom young professionals into future managers who understand the company’s end-to-end business operations.

Detailed Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in day-to-day operations and support departmental objectives.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, and Operations.
3. Analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute insights to support decision-making.
4. Participate in planning and execution of campaigns, projects, and process improvements.
5. Take ownership of assigned projects and present outcomes to management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data handling and presentations.
