Job Title: Legal Executive

About the Role:

We're looking for a legal professional with a strong corporate law and contracts law background to support our business growth. As a Legal Executive, you will:

- Advise on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, NDAs etc.

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- LL.B. degree from a reputable institution.

- 2+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in-house.

- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws and regulations, contracts, arbitration, labour law etc.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
